What counts as AI answering?
AI-answer credits are used when Best Apply generates open-ended written responses for application questions or tailors cover letter content for a job. Structured profile fields like your name, gender, last company, LinkedIn URL, and similar saved values do not use AI-answer credits.
Who is charged for AI usage?
You are. Best Apply is single-profile: all AI usage and Apply Agent fees are billed to your own account balance for the actions taken on your profile. There are no shared profiles or split billing.
Why do I see an "Insufficient credit" error even though I just topped up?
AI usage and Apply Agent submissions draw from your account balance as they run. If a balance update is still settling after a top-up, give it a moment and refresh — the credit is applied to your single profile, so there is no other account to check.
What is Resume & Cover Letter ordering?
