Every posting on the board carries a visa sponsorship status — sponsor, likely sponsor, or does not sponsor — read from the job description itself and cross-checked against the company's H-1B filing history in hosted Department of Labor data. Flip on the sponsorship filter and the board reorders itself: confirmed sponsors first, likely sponsors next, known non-sponsors last.
